Shipping Policy
Orders will be sent out within 5-6 Business Days after placing of the Order by you, unless otherwise stated. Aapla Mango is not responsible for shipping costs involved in returns of Products. You will bear the cost of shipping due to returns unless the return is due to an error made by Aapla Mango.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective Products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. ANY ODD SIZED OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS MAY REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION FROM AAPLA MANGO. ON THESE OCCASIONS, THE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST.
Shipping Dates, Slots, Title and Risk Policy
The Products shall be delivered to the Shipping Address mentioned in the Order, during the usual business hours. The Products may be delivered before or after the quoted Shipping date.
The Products shall be marked in accordance with any applicable regulations or requirements of the carrier, and properly packed and secured by AAPLA MANGO so as to reach their destination in an undamaged condition in the ordinary course.
AAPLA MANGO will estimate a Shipping Slot for all orders AAPLA MANGO accepts. Shipping Slots are estimates only and do not guarantee a Shipping date or time to you or bind AAPLA MANGO to meet any specific Shipping schedule. AAPLA MANGO may, at its discretion, deliver the Products by installments in any sequence. Where the Products are so delivered by installments, each installment shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate contract and no default or failure by AAPLA MANGO in respect of any one or more installments shall vitiate this terms in respect of Products previously delivered or undelivered products. Title to and risk in the Products passes from AAPLA MANGO to the Recipient when the Products are delivered by AAPLA MANGO to the Recipient at the Shipping Address set out in your orders.
Shipping Exceptions
Incorrect Address: AAPLA MANGO will charge you any and all fees associated with an incorrect address provided. If the apartment/unit number is not included or an incorrect postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge as determined by AAPLA MANGO.
Recipient Unavailable: In cases where the Recipient is not available at the Shipping Address to receive the Package or not reachable on phone calls from the Shipping executive on the estimated Shipping date, the Shipping executive may affix a “Shipping Attempted” note with their contact details on the gate/door of the Recipient’s premises and will again attempt Shipping the next day. If the Recipient is not available on the next day too, the Shipping executive will return the Package to the Fulfillment Center and the Package shall be held at the Center for 24 hours. The Recipient may collect the Package from the Fulfillment Center after producing the required documents within 24 hours failing to which the Package shall be disposed off.
In the event if you wish to postpone the Shipping date or change the Shipping Address for some reason, you may do so by intimating AAPLA MANGO via email at least 4 Business Days before the estimated Shipping date. However we may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement or change of Address requests of your order, subject to the time frame within which such request is received and our operational capacity to implement such request.
