Refund Policy

Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

This policy forms a part and parcel of your terms of use of this website and you are bound by these.

Cancellation

Fruits are perishable Products. Once your Order is received by us, we or our farmer partners harvest the choicest of mangoes that are graded as per size and are packed for the dispatch immediately. To ensure that our farmer partners get their dues on time, they are paid for plucked mangoes right after your order is packed. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes and irreversibility of this process, it is impossible to cancel an order once it is received from your end. Hence as a policy, we will not accept any cancellation requests for any and all Orders once placed and paid for. However we may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement requests of your order, subject to the time frame within which such request is received and our operational capacity to implement such request. Also, Aapla Mango will not be responsible for delay if any, in transit and such delay will not be considered as a reason for Cancellation since the Logistics Partner is a third party service provider and the delivery schedules are regulated by them.

Return

Mangoes, like any other Fruits are delicate and perishable Products. Due to their such delicate nature, mangoes cannot be naturally stored for long duration of time. Hence as a policy any orders once delivered cannot be returned.

Replacement

Inspection Period: However in the unlikely event that the Recipient has received the Package where more than 30% (i.e., 4 in 1 dozen and 2 in half dozen) Products are completely damaged, Aapla Mango may consider replacement of such damaged quantities of Products only, provided the Recipient opens the  Package in front of the delivery executive and emails us at sales@aaplamango.com within 24 hours of such delivery mentioning the Order Number and Shipping Note/Receipt Number, along with a photograph of damaged Products. Products spoilt or damaged due to delay in transit will not be considered for replacement.

Additional Shipping Charges:  Such replaced quantities of Products shall be shipped to the Recipient by Aapla Mango along with your next Order only.

If the Recipient insists on shipping of the replaced quantities of Products separately or without placing a new Order, the Recipient agrees to bear the Shipping Charges levied by Aapla Mango on the Recipient and such Shipping Charges shall be prepaid.

Rejection and Cure: In the unlikely event that the Recipient has received a tampered Package such as a punctured carton or broken seal the Recipient may refuse to accept the Package and return it to the delivery executive, provided the Recipient checks the  Package in front of the delivery executive and emails us at  sales@aaplamango.com within 24 hours of such delivery mentioning the Order Number along with a photograph of damaged or punctured carton or broken seal with packaging in the hands of the delivery executive.

Our Customer Support Team will get in touch with the Recipient for further analysis and accordingly arrange replacements for the damaged Products or a full new Package along with your next Order.

Before sending the Product back to us please ensure that the original Package along with other packaging material such as dry grass, partitions, etc. are intact.

AAPLA MANGO will not entertain any Cancellation or Return requests if the facts, circumstances, Product conditions or Package conditions are inconsistent with the requisite terms of the Cancellation, Refund, Return & Replacement Policy of AAPLA MANGO.

Refund

In the event if we are not able to provide you a replacement for any reasons on our part, we may issue a Store Credit of an appropriate amount. In no circumstances monetary refund requests will be entertained or processed.

Deemed Acceptance:  If the Recipient fails to notify AAPLA MANGO of any claim or complaint regarding the Products received within 24 hours of delivery, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Recipient as being in good condition and in accordance with this Agreement. The Recipient shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the amounts due for the Products whilst any claim is being investigated by AAPLA MANGO
